Services described
Pages describing financial planning, budget variance review, and cash flow oversight are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope, fees, and dates in writing (email confirmation is sufficient).
Intellectual property
Site text, layout, and original graphics belong to Brookbase Finance Lens Co., Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without permission. Written briefs delivered under an engagement belong to the client for internal use; redistribution as a product requires our consent.
No professional warranty beyond scope
Consultations reflect the documents and facts you provide for the agreed period. We do not guarantee lending outcomes, supplier negotiations, or future financial results. Advice is limited to the engagement letter and does not constitute statutory audit or legal counsel.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Vietnam, Brookbase Finance Lens Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use or from decisions made after a consultation. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Hai Duong unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.
