Engagements

From first note to written brief

Most clients arrive with a question about drifting costs or a tight cash week. This page shows how we structure the work so financial planning, budget variance review, and cash flow oversight stay concrete.

Day 0

Intake

You tell us the period under review, which entities matter, and whether the pressure is variance, cash timing, or planning for the next quarter. We confirm fit and share a document checklist.

Day 1–3

Document pass

We read the approved budget against actuals or bank summaries, mark material lines, and prepare the session agenda. If files are incomplete, we pause rather than invent numbers.

Session

Joint reading

At Km3, Thanh Binh Ward, Hai Duong or your site, we walk the ranked variances or cash calendar together. Decisions—cut, delay, or accept—are recorded in plain language.

After

Brief and check-in

Flagship reviews include a written brief within five business days and one clarification call. Cash sessions include a shorter follow-up before the next critical payment date.

Where engagements usually begin

If costs and plan no longer match, start with the Budget Variance Review. If payroll week feels tight, choose a Cash Flow Oversight Session. For annual targets, book a Financial Planning Consultation.
