Pricing that follows the documents
Fees reflect session length, travel, and how much history we must sort before a useful reading of budget variance or cash flow. Figures below are informational starting points—not a checkout.
Half-day or full-day · On-site or Hai Duong office session
Three hours plus one check-in · Session with follow-up check-in
Two to three hours · Consultation
Half-day per close · Recurring visit or scheduled call
What changes an estimate
- Number of cost centres or entities in the budget file
- Whether actuals arrive clean or need light reconciliation notes
- On-site travel outside Hai Duong city
- Rush timing within five business days of month-end
Deposits and invoicing
New engagements usually begin with a 30% deposit to hold the session date. The balance is due on delivery of the written brief or at the end of the consultation day. We invoice in VND.
What we do not price here
Statutory audit, tax representation, and full ledger rebuilds sit outside our consultations. If your need falls there, we will say so early rather than stretch a variance review into work we do not deliver.
