Refunds and rescheduling

Eligibility

Refunds relate to consultation fees and deposits for financial planning consultations, budget variance reviews, cash flow oversight sessions, and monthly close walkthroughs. We do not sell physical goods.

Timeframe

Cancellation requests made at least five business days before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund of amounts paid for that session, minus any non-refundable third-party travel already incurred with your written approval.

Full or partial refunds

Cancellations between two and four business days before the session receive a 50% refund of the session fee. Cancellations within one business day, or failures to attend (no-shows), are not refundable. If we cancel for our own scheduling reasons, you receive a full refund or a free reschedule at your choice.

Non-refundable items

Work already started—document review hours completed before the joint session—may be charged proportionally even if the live session is cancelled late. Purchased materials prepared uniquely for your engagement (printed packs, custom calendars) are non-refundable once produced.

Deposits

The standard 30% deposit holds your date. It is applied to the final invoice. Deposit refunds follow the same timing rules as session fees.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested at least three business days ahead. Later reschedules may incur a 10% administrative fee.

Refund process and method

Email hello@panel-brookbase.click with your engagement reference and reason. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within ten business days of approval.
