A reading practice for money decisions

Brookbase Finance Lens helps owners and finance leads see budget drift and cash pressure clearly enough to act—without turning the conversation into jargon.

Registered name and origin

The official registered business name is Brookbase Finance Lens Co., Ltd.. The practice was established in 2019 in Hai Duong, beginning with month-end variance notes for a handful of local wholesalers who wanted explanations their bank managers could follow.

Over the following years we added cash-position sessions ahead of payroll weeks and longer planning consultations for family-run firms preparing annual targets. The work stayed advisory, sitting alongside your existing bookkeeper and internal finance routines.

Working approach

We ask for the documents you already keep—approved budgets, actuals exports, bank summaries—then prepare discussion points before we meet. Sessions happen at Km3, Thanh Binh Ward, Hai Duong or at your site when ledgers are easier to open together.

Values

We favour quiet rooms over crowded decks, written briefs over verbal-only advice, and language that names a supplier delay or overtime spike instead of hiding behind vague labels.

Materiality first

We rank variances by impact so the hour is spent on what moves the cash position, not every tiny rounding difference.

Local context

Seasonal trading around Tet, provincial payment cycles, and multi-account setups are treated as ordinary facts of doing business in Vietnam—not exceptions.

Documented next steps

Every flagship review ends with a brief you can share with partners, lenders, or your own team without re-translating our notes.
